Hi, I'm Brittany!

Heart icon representing care and emotional wellness

Registered Social Worker & founder of Well Within Collective.

I created Well Within from a genuine desire to support girls and young women in ways I wish had been available during my own earlier years.

I bring a calm, grounded, and thoughtful presence to my work, creating a space where girls feel safe, supported, and able to show up as they are.

My work is grounded in social work practice and informed by a whole-person approach to wellness, allowing me to support emotional well-being in a thoughtful and integrated way.

Whether you’re joining Grow & Glow, working with me one-to-one, or exploring Pretty Hearts Club, every part of this work is created with care, intention, and attention to detail.

I value the relationships I build and the opportunity to support each girl and her family in a way that feels steady and intentional.

This work is something I care deeply about, and I’m so glad you’re here.

The Why Behind Well Within

Heart icon representing care and emotional wellness

The idea of what it truly means to be well began during a season that asked me to take a closer look at my own health.

In the midst of a deeply personal loss and a journey through grief, I came to understand that wellness is not one‑dimensional.

Our emotional experiences shape our physical health.
Stress impacts our energy, our sleep, and our mood.
The environments we’re in, the relationships we’re part of, and the pace we keep influence how we think, feel, and move through the world.

And when one area is out of balance, it rarely stays contained.

Over time, these patterns don’t just affect how we feel day to day
they shape our long‑term health and sense of self.

This led me to think more intentionally about when girls are taught to understand themselves.

To recognize their emotions, regulate their stress, care for their energy, and build habits that support them as a whole.

That question became Well Within Collective.

Because feeling well isn’t something we stumble into.
It’s something we learn, practice, and strengthen from the inside out.

And when we learn to understand our inner world, it shapes not only how we feel now, but who we become.

My hope is to help guide girls and young women in this very way
so they grow into grounded, prepared, and deeply rooted versions of themselves.

My Approach

I combine clinical social work with a whole-person approach to wellness, supporting girls and young women in building real-life skills that last.

Emotional regulation. Boundaries. Self-awareness. Confidence that feels steady, not performative.

My approach blends education, honest conversation, and connection in small-group or individual spaces where girls begin to realize they’re not alone in what they’re experiencing.

At the core of my work is a simple hope: that every girl who walks through Well Within Collective leaves feeling more grounded, more assured, and better equipped to care for her mind, body, and heart in a way that lasts.

Why This Work Matters

More than anything, my focus is on helping the next generation of girls grow up with the tools, language, and confidence many of us had to learn the hard way.

Life will bring challenges. The goal isn’t to avoid them, but to feel steady enough to move through them with greater awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

The Little Ways I Stay Well

My version of wellness isn’t picture-perfect. It’s woven into ordinary days.

I love a good oversized sweatsuit, slow mornings, sunshine, a warm tea, quiet moments with my husband catching up, Sunday football (Go Bills!) and long, soul-clearing walks with our Goldendoodle, Murphy.

These simple rituals remind me, and I hope remind you, that wellness doesn’t need to be perfect or performative. It’s something we build in small, consistent ways, not through flawless routines or expensive fixes.

It lives in those small, real moments when you feel most at home in your own life — peaceful, unhurried, and fully yourself.
