A More Complete Kind of Support

Wellbeing doesn’t happen in isolation.

The way girls see and speak to themselves, move through friendships, manage stress and care for their everyday needs all shape how they feel within themselves.

Grow & Glow is guided by three core pillars designed to support girls through the emotional, social, and developmental realities of growing up today.

Emotional Awareness

Girls build a deeper understanding of their emotions, inner dialogue and communication patterns. Through guided conversation and reflection, they practise emotional regulation, grow their confidence and learn to trust themselves more fully.

☾ Daily Wellness Habits

The small rhythms of everyday life can shape how girls feel, from sleep and routines to movement, boundaries, digital habits and restorative practices. Girls explore realistic ways to care for their wellbeing and build supportive habits that help them feel more grounded day to day.

✿  Supportive Connection

Feeling seen, understood and connected matters. Within a calm, welcoming group space, girls build supportive peer relationships, practise meaningful conversation and experience the comfort of belonging alongside others who get it.

Grow & Glow offers a softer, more supportive space for girls to build self-awareness, confidence, resilience + meaningful connection through the everyday ups and downs of girlhood.

A Thoughtfully Structured Experience

Grow & Glow is an 8-week, therapist-led small-group experience for girls, offered in two age-specific cohorts: ages 10–12 and 13–15. Each group is thoughtfully tailored to the different stages of girlhood.

Sessions are hosted in person at The Yard Social Club Wellness Hub in the Niagara Region.

Each 90-minute gathering allows time for depth without overwhelm, creating space for meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and practical skill-building.

Across each week, girls are guided through meaningful conversations, reflective activities, and real-life skill-building within a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely supportive.

Girlhood is full of meaningful moments: shifting friendships, big feelings, growing independence and questions she doesn’t always know how to ask.

Grow & Glow offers a therapist-led space to slow down, make sense of it all and feel more connected to herself and others.

Because she deserves a place to be understood as she grows.

Finding the right fit matters

Before enrolment, families are invited to book a complimentary 20-minute call.

This provides time for us to talk through your daughter’s needs, answer any questions, and ensure the program feels like the right fit.

Please Note: Spaces are limited, and cohorts are intentionally small (6 to 8 participants), so each girl feels seen, supported, and heard.

If the timing isn’t quite right, your daughter can be added to our waitlist and considered for a future cohort.

Groups are intentionally kept small to help create a more comfortable, connected, and supportive experience for each participant.
