As a small, independently operated business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. All pieces are considered final sale.
If there is an issue with your order, please email hello@wellwithincollective.ca within 14 days of delivery so we can review and support you. We genuinely want you to feel confident in your purchase and will work with you to address reasonable concerns.
Exceptions
We will review requests in the following circumstance:
Items that arrive damaged (a clear photo must be provided within 14 days of delivery)
Well Within Collective reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
Shipping & Sizing
Shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Please carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page prior to placing your order. If you have questions about fit or sizing, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing, as we are unable to accommodate size-related exchanges.
Well Within Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Tracking
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress online.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is offered at a flat rate, calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We are not currently offering shipping to the United States or internationally.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by location. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for standard delivery after shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or carrier delays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Well Within Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.
